Building Inspections.

Building inspections are an additional service provided through our dedicated division, KPM Building Inspections. All inspections are carried out by a licenced builder or trained building professional and reviewed by a licenced builder, ensuring you receive a detailed, expert assessment of any defects or areas of concern. Our inspectors are fully insured for your peace of mind.

We recognise that an inspection report is a critical tool in your decision-making process, which is why we guarantee a maximum 24-hour turnaround from the time of inspection to the delivery of your completed report giving you the clarity you need, sooner.

Our pricing for reports is simple and based on time on site (this does not include time to prepare a comprehensive report). The more time we spend on site inspecting, the more likely we are to find all issues present in the home. Use this below guide for your pricing, however it is best to reach out via the form below for a more accurate quote:

1 hour on site - $495 including GST (typically suits a 1-2 bedroom apartment or unit)

1.5 hours on site - $550 including GST (typically suits a 3-4 bedroom home)

2 hours on site- $605 including GST (typically suits a 4+ bedroom home)

Other timeframes are available via POA for larger homes and more detailed or out of area inspections
